Dynamic balancing, Rivne region.

We provideservices repair, restoration and balancing of augers, rotors, beaters, shafts, threshing drums for all grain and fodder harvesters. During repairs, we perform preliminary defecting; if necessary, we produce new parts for replacement. After the completion of restoration work, we carry out dynamic balancing on a professional and powerful 9D716 machine, which allows us to work with units of different complexity:
- with an accuracy of up to 0.4 gmm/kg (highest possible accuracy)
- weighing up to 1500 kg(//tractor-service.com)
- with a diameter of up to 1800 mm.
– up to 12 meters long.
And we also manufacture, repair and restore augers, drumming, sieves and sieve machines of any complexity and otherspare parts for agricultural machinery according to customer drawings and samples.
We actively use a new method of restoring parts of flat and cylindrical shapes - gas thermal spraying, which significantly prolongs operational (abrasive, corrosive, frictional, etc.) wear of parts.
