We will produce tray screws of various designs and sizes. Tray screws can be made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel 304 (on request it can be made of steel 201, 316, 321 and Steel 3), material thickness from 1 to 8 mm. Complete products and construction are negotiated separately.

The tray auger is a conveyor with extended functionality. The equipment is ideal for transportation, unloading, dosing of powdery and small-sized products. Tray screw conveyors are designed to work with complex materials prone to caking: gypsum, dust and others similar in consistency.

Construction
The multi-purpose tray auger is a structure that includes:
• a grooved casing (tray) with a length of 2 to 15 meters;
• loading neck;
• unloading window;
• helical screw mounted inside the case;
• final and intermediate support bearings with spacers.(//tractor-service.com)
The auger screw is driven by an electric motor, which transmits rotation through a worm or planetary type gearbox attached to the shaft axis.
High-grade carbon steel of optimal thickness is used to manufacture the auger in the tray and other structural elements. The surfaces of the components have a smooth surface, which prevents sticking of the transported product and facilitates loading and unloading.
