The DT-40 locomotive jack with electric control is intended for lifting diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, passenger and freight cars,railway tanks all types during repair and maintenance of rolling stock, when replacing trolleys at transfer points. The jacks are delivered as a set of 4 pieces of jack racks with a total load capacity of 160 tons with common and individual control panels.

The diesel locomotive jack DT-30 is intended for lifting passenger and freight cars, railwaycisterns of all types types, shunting diesel locomotives during repair and maintenance with a weight of the lifted part of no more than 120 tons.
The DT-40 locomotive jack with electric control is intended for lifting all types of diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, passenger and freight cars, refrigerator cars, railway tanks when replacing trolleys at switching points and repairing rolling stock.
The jacks are delivered as a set of 4 jack stands with a common control cabinet ESKG-92.001.09 and individual control panels.

Main characteristics of jacks DT-30 and DT-40:
• design: screw-type with a rectangular thread on the screw and a bronze nut at the minimum and maximum height of the limb lift with optimal distribution of the load on the support nuts;
• mobile jack – no fastening to the foundation is required;
• the design of the jack provides the possibility of self-installation of the screw in a vertical position, which increases reliability and load capacity;
• the electromechanical construction of the lifting mechanism is simple and reliable in operation;
• to increase the reliability of load management in the design of the modified control cabinet ESKG-92.001.09, microcontrollers are used;
• a color indication of the current status of the jacks is provided;
• the possibility of both joint and separate operation of jack racks with control of any jack from the control cabinet;
• possibility of emergency stop of jacks with individual control panels;
• automatic cut-off of the power supply of the jacks upon reaching the set limits;
• degree of protection of the control cabinet meets IP56 requirements according to GOST 14254-96.
