The weight of one carcass of young roosters of the Yaponsky breed (50-60 days old) is on average 120-160 g, 6-7-8 carcasses are used for 1 kg.

There are also larger carcasses of roosters of the Pharaoh breed - weighing 160-250 g (age up to 60 days), but they are an order of magnitude more expensive and not always available (5-6 pieces per 1 kg).

I also offer a laying hen - quail (the one that carries testicles), age from 9 months to 1 year. Laying meat requires longer cooking, 2 hours!

Eggs are sold in trays of 20 pcs.
