Threshing drum

A wide threshing drum with a diameter of 600 mm has a width of 1.52 m for 6 models of straw shakers.

Multi-segment drumming

An additional contribution to the versatility of the C7000 is the optional multi-segment winch (wire diameter 4 mm), specially designed to immediately change the configuration of the combine when necessary for different crops: the winch segments are simply removed through the opening of the stone catcher and replaced with specific segments for the next harvest.
The drum is equipped with fifteen rasp bars, located at an angle of 121 °, for excellent threshing and separation efficiency.

The system uses centrifugal force and an additional grid (with a step of 40 mm), which increases the surface areaof the combine by 0.81 m2 for 5 straw shaker options or 0.97 m2 for 6 straw shaker options to ensure optimal grain separation even in the most difficult conditions.
The turbo separator can be electrically set in five different positions (for a drum stroke of 25 to 65 mm) and operate at two speeds: 775 rpm for crops with smaller seeds and 410 rpm for crops with heavier seeds.

Straw shaker

The large surface area, length and stroke of the straw shaker ensure effective separation of the last grain from the straw,

The first stage of the straw shaker (4 in C7206 models and 5 in C7205 models) is deeper to slow the flow of crop leaving the threshing system and increase the efficiency of the first stage of separation.

Turbine

A high-performance (diameter 400 mm) turbine with 44 blades sucks in air across the entire width of the combine. The frequency of rotation of the turbine is regulated electrically in the range from 480 to 980 rpm.

DGR

As the name suggests, the DGR (double grain return) system consists of two separate grain recovery systems, one on each side of the combine.
