Kaprolon (polyamide) sheet, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Kaprolon sheet metal has a low coefficient of friction in a pair with any metals, works well and quickly, can work without lubrication in the friction joints. Ensures reliable and silent operation of devices and mechanisms, perfectly absorbs shock loads. Mechanical properties are close to metals. When using kaprolon, it reduces the wear of friction pairs by 1.5-2 times, increasing their resource. Kaprolon has high dielectric parameters. Resistant to hydrocarbons, oils, alcohols, ketones, ethers, alkalis, weak acids. Kaprolon is not subject to corrosion, it can work in salt water. It dissolves in cresols, phenols, concentrated inorganic acids, formic and acetic acids. Ecologically clean, has a hygienic certificate for contact with food products and drinking water. Products made of kaprolon are 10-12 times cheaper than products made of bronze. Kaprolon bearings, if lubricated, can operate at peripheral speeds up to 15 m/s and specific pressure up to 50 kgf/cm2. We perform mechanical machining according to the customer's drawing.
Long-lasting, even under constant mechanical stress.(//tractor-service.com)
