Rumming, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Performance of these works can be made in a mold to ensure accurate sizes (if the parts are considered non-dimensional, for example, rollers of technological equipmentbird factories), by means of vulcanization in a vulcanization boiler, if necessary, with further lathe grooving and chevron cutting.
The coefficient of adhesion of the rubber coating to the conveyor belt is much greater than to the surface of the metal drum. At the same time, the chevron cut provides additional friction, ensuring cleaning of the drum surface.
Gumming of shafts allows:
— ensure the maximum possible grip with the conveyor belt;
— to increase the service life of the tape, thanks to less tension;
— protect the contaminated drum;(//tractor-service.com)
— ensure minimal slippage and eliminate the possibility of burning the tape;
— to increase the level of comfort of employees by reducing the level of noise;
— will simplify stroke adjustment.
