Rubber balls, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Increased market demand for sifting with more granulometric values created many problems for manufacturers of sieves. In particular, the clogging of the grid of flat sieves created a demand for their cleaning mechanisms. Cleaning with the help of rubber balls is an effective method of cleaning the sieve, since, bouncing on the stand under the sieve, they contact the sieve from below and push out the particles stuck in the holes. This process facilitates the passage ofgrains between these spaces, increasing the produced volume of refined grain.
Sieve cleaners, despite their small size, are one of the components of the successful operation of grain cleaning equipment.
So, for example, the efficiency ofgrain cleaning in separators depends on a large number of factors, including the sieve cleaning system. During maintenance of separators, check the condition of sieve frames and rubber balls. Damaged sieve frames and worn balls must be replaced with new ones.
To achieve the efficiency of the sorting process in the arrays, it is also important to replace the cleaners as they wear out in a timely manner, when the area of the plate gradually decreases and the cleaner is rounded around the button.(//tractor-service.com)
For the normal operation of the sieve, systematic intensive cleaning of the sieves from particles stuck in their holes is mandatory. In a poorly cleaned sieve, the live cross-section is significantly reduced, and therefore the amount of sifted product is sharply reduced.
Therefore, it is very important to use balls for cleaning grates with optimized properties, such as: rebound, antistatic and anticorrosive properties, wear resistance, loading and temperature resistance.
