Stainless ball valve for a gas pipeline, Dnipropetrovsk region.

"
The main element of ball valves is a sphere with a hole inside. Turning the sphere by 90°C leads either to a fully open position or to a fully closed position. Ball valves are mainly used in places where quick "opening" or "closing" is required.
The advantages of ball valves are small pressure losses, easy opening and closing, good tightness, light weight and small dimensions. Sealing: they have a double seal - a sphere and a rod.
Two-component ball valves made of stainless steel V-2T undergo a 100% air test under water in the open and closed position at an air pressure of 10 bar.
