Aluminum sheet - production and its subtleties
The process of manufacturing sheets from aluminum alloys of different types consists of several stages: hot deformation; cold deformation (rolling or drawing).
It is easy to obtain the required shape and given dimensions of the sheet, since aluminum due to its plasticity is excellently processed in the process of cold deformation. The final product should not contain tears, bubbles, cracks, corrosion marks, and it is divided into the following types:
