PANCH-11 wire 1.2mm for welding cast iron, Dnipropetrovsk region.

"
Metal powder gas shielding wire intended for welding, repair and welding of defects in products made of gray, high-strength and malleable cast iron, as well as welding of cast iron with steel. Welding can be performed only in welding argon mixtures with a high (~98%) Ar content.(//tractor-service.com)
Just like OK NiFe-Cl-A and OK OK NiFe-Cl electrodes, the wire is used for welding ductile and high-strength cast iron, products operating at high loads, multi-pass welding in cutting large thicknesses, as well as gray cast iron with a high content of sulfur and phosphorus, and the deposited metal is also easily machined. The wire has excellent welding and technological characteristics, and the thinnest easily removable slag crust forms a smooth welded roller with a smooth transition from the seam to the base metal.
