Assignment:

the ChA-5000 machine is designed for packing liquid and viscous food and non-food masses into "CHAB" type packaging with independent formation of a polymer sleeve from a roll of film with subsequent filling of its product, with formation of a clip from a coil of aluminum wire, clipping of the edges of the loaf and removal of the finished product from the production area.

Productivity - up to 100 packages/min.

The equipment is used for packing the following products:

• mayonnaise;
•butter, margarine, spreads;
• cottage cheese, processed cheese; desserts; ice cream;
• confectionery glazes;
• condensed milk (including boiled);
• pastes; minced meat;
