Our company produces and sells a hydraulic, automatic briquetter for productionfuel briquettes. The hydraulic, automatic briquetting plant produces high-quality briquettes from various plant waste (husksunflower, husks, sawdust, bark, hay,straw) with further use of the produced briquettes as fuel for various boilers.
Initially, dry and crushed waste of vegetable origin is immersed in a hopper, then it falls into a pressing chamber. In the chamber, the crushed raw material is compressed and simultaneously heated. In the process of heat treatment and strong compression, briquetting of raw materials is carried out, then the finished briquette comes out of the briquetter. Under the influence of temperature, the surface of the briquette melts, this serves for long-term storage and convenient transportation of briquettes.
