Crack loosening to a depth of up to 45 cm with the aim of undermining the plow sole, forming a network of cracks along the stratum section with the least disturbance of the soil profile, while preserving the maximum amount of harvest residues to prevent erosion processes. Provides both aeration of the soil, as well as accumulation of moisture and loosening of the formation.
Additional installation of intermediate Chisel stands with a half-step offset of the main stands with different types of paws (spear-shaped with flat-cutting wings) allows you to process the soil to a depth of 25-30 cm along the entire section of the layer, ensuring grinding and partial mixing of the soil without removing an extra layer.
Double self-cleaning toothedrollers additionally crush, level and compact the processed soil. Replacing the main loosening racks (with chisels) for chisel racks (with a spear-head) and flat-cutting wings, together with additionally installed intermediate racks, allows you to use the unit as a stubblecultivator with a continuous cut across the entire width of the grip.
The chisel-shaped loosening working body, with a small angle of entry into the soil, significantly reduces energy consumption, allowing the tractor to be used with less power for the same work performed.
