• disking of the soil surface with simultaneous crushing of plant residues and their mixing with the surface layer of the soil;
• soil loosening with five types of replaceable cultivator paws to a depth of 5 to 30 cm, depending on the type of cultivation;
• leveling of the loosened surface and additional grinding of lumps with rotary star-shaped discs;
• compaction of the loosened and leveled surface of the soil with
rollers (rollers can be both steel and rubber).
The first operation is performed by conical continuous toothed discs with high cutting activity and wear resistance of the working part, which the company is famous for. Installed in echelons, in two rows in the front part of the cultivator, they provide intensive cultivation of the surface layer of the soil, mixing it with crushed plant residues. Each of the disks is attached to the beam individually with the help of special clamps through rubber shock-absorbing elements that ensure reliable copying of the
micro-relief disks fields, and also prevent destruction when hitting stones or other foreign objects bodies that may be in the soil.
Disks at the same time, they have closed type bearings and are not lubricated.
Under any conditions (uneven accumulation of plant residues on the surface of the field, low or high humidity and hardness of the soil), this group of workers processes and prepares the surface of the field for a high-quality operation of loosening the root layer of the soil.
The second operation is performed by chisel-shaped loosening paws arranged consecutively in four rows on the middle transverse bars of the cultivator frame. Each of the paws is hingedly attached to the cross beam and is equipped with a hydraulic limiter of the resistance force acting on the paw, due to which, when hitting an obstacle (a large stone, very compacted soil, etc.), the paw is deflected back and up, avoiding damage. Depending on the working conditions and soil cultivation requirements, pawls of different widths (50, 80, 120 mm) or 300 mm depth of grip can be used.
Based on the selected system of soil cultivation or the period of its implementation, as well as according to the advanced requirements, cultivator paws can perform both local loosening of the soil with chisel-shaped tips to a depth of 1 to 30 cm, and continuous loosening with arrow paws. At the same time, the root-containing horizon experiences a significant renewing effect.
The third operation is carried out by a leveler, which consists of a set of star-shaped disks installed relative to the surface of the earth in such a way that the lower lobes of the disks, interacting with the soil, cause them to rotate, which achieves a uniform transverse leveling of the loosened surface layer of the soil. In any conditions, the surface of the field treated in this way will always have a profile that is aligned in the width of the grip and in the direction of movement of the unit.
The fourth operation, the final one, is performed by sealing rollers of the grooved type
Each section of the roller is made of separate hollow rings fixed on a common shaft with a rubber damper.
The shaft is attached to the bearing resistances with its trunnions. Both sections of rollers are installed frontally in one row behind the soil levelers. In order to prevent the filling of soil and plant residues, which can lead to a violation of the operating mode of the roller, cleaners are installed between the rings. Under the action of the grooved rollers, the surface layer of the soil is compacted to an optimal state, a finely wavy surface is formed, in which atmospheric humidity can accumulate as fully as possible and an optimal aeration regime is maintained.
