Technological process of workrevolving plow:
- The ploughshare of the plow body cuts the soil layer from below, partially crushes it and transfers it to the blade, the blade turns and crushes the layer, the field board prevents the torque of the plow;
- Displacing the wall of the furrow, the field board excites a reaction that balances the lateral pressure of the formation caused by the asymmetry of the plow body;
- The plow is controlled by the tractor driver directly from the cab, using the hydraulic distributor lever of the tractor;
- Rotation of the plow frame around the pivot axis is performed by the hydraulic system of the plow with the help of a hydraulic cylinder and a special automatic hydraulic distributor (built into the hydraulic cylinder body). This device allows you to turn the frame from one working position to another (by 180 degrees). After turning the plow, the lever of the hydraulic system returns to its initial position.
