Electric rack gate valve 1000x1000

The valve with manual and electric drive consists of a welded body, where the gate moves smoothly along its trajectory. A sheet steel shutter is produced. A steering wheel with gears is mounted on the shaft, all this is a mechanism for moving the slide. When the steering wheel is turned in different directions, the slide also moves behind it, simultaneously closing and opening the valve.

The gate valve is rack-mounted and has the following features.

Technical characteristics
and the principle of operation:

Easy and simple installation

It is not subject to temperature deformation due to the minimal number of welded joints.

Guaranteed service life due to cementation and hardening of rails,

easy to open and close the shutter.

The rack valve can be used at any angle thanks to a special actuator bracket. It has economical energy consumption due to efficient, low-speed drives, which gives smoothness and softness of movement.
