The technological scheme of this machine successfully combines already well-known and widely used in world practice advanced technological methods of soil cultivation and soil-working working bodies. In this mechanism, this combination has a certain specificity: discs in front guarantee the operation of the cultivator in any condition of the cultivated surface, in any conditions, even saturated with exceptionally large volumes of plant residues, and the heavy roller at the rear determines the quality of the cultivated soil horizon. It may be superfluous, but this design guarantees high quality of the technological process, which is what the technological concept of the TopDown cultivator is designed for. During the operation of the cultivator, four technological operations are simultaneously performed, namely: disking of the soil surface with simultaneous grinding of plant residues and mixing them with the surface layer of the soil; soil loosening with five types of interchangeable cultivator paws to a depth of 5 to 30 cm, depending on the type of cultivation; leveling of the loosened surface and additional crushing of lumps with rotating star-shapeddiscs; compaction of loosened and leveled soil surface with scarredrollers .
