Table for primary cleaning of garlic heads, Cherkasy region.

The primary cleaning table is used for rough mechanical processing of the surface of heads ofgarlic that remains of soil, dust, muddy husks, as well as for visual inspection and manual removal of non-compliant heads of garlic. The principle of operation — the garlic falls on the receiving tray, moves to four rows of brushes, which leads to peeling of the top layer of the head, then moves along the table on rotating rollers for further processing. The speed of movement is selected according to the product intake and regulated with the help of a frequency converter.
Table stands canbe equipped with wheels or height-adjustable supports, which is very convenient when combined with the second technological equipment for processing.
