Forming and tillage aggregates are intended for small and medium-sized farms, in which work is carried out with the help of medium-power tractors. The main purpose of the unit is the formation of row furrows in fields with modern technology for growing potatoes and root crops. The machine is equipped with active and passive working nodes that allow you to loosen the soil in strips and form two wide and strong furrows with a distance of 75 cm or 67.5 cm between them. The soil is first processed by passive teeth, then by an active milling drum, and the furrows are pre-formed thanks to attachments with spreading bodies.

The machine has two working versions, which differ in the location of the teeth and copying wheels, as well as in the elements that form the final shape of the furrows. In the version intended for rolling potatoes, furrows are formed with the help of a passive profiling attachment. In the version intended for growing root crops, furrows are formed with the help of an active coil shaft. Both versions of the machine can be equipped with a seeder,dosing fertilizer, which is introduced directly into the furrow.

Forming and tillage aggregates have technical parameters that meet European norms and standards in the field of safety and ergonomics. The unit is equipped with a set of protective covers that prevent the scattering of stones and loosened soil, supports and protective barriers that prevent accidental access to the operating range of the milling drum. The high quality and efficiency of the design was achieved thanks to the use of computer design methods, in turn, thanks to the FEM analysis, optimized solutions in terms of strength and durability were obtained.
