Vydate 10L (Vydat) is an insecticide and nematocide of contact and systemic action. It is used to combat gall and stem nematodes of the genera Pratylenchus, Heterodera, Aphelenhoides, Meloidegine and Ditelenchus. The drug is effective in the fight against aphids, miners, weevils, mites, thrips and cicadas.

MECHANISM OF ACTION Vydate 10L (Vydat):
The nematicide is applied to the soil and, entering the roots of the plants, moves to the leaves. Due to its systemic and contact action, it prevents nematode attacks on roots, stems and leaves. The drug protects plant roots from nematodes in the early, most important stages for plant development.
It is quickly absorbed by the roots or leaves of the plant. When applied to the soil, the active substance is able to rise up and reach the uppermost leaves. In turn, when spraying, the opposite effect is provided: being absorbed through the leaves and stems, the drug descends to the roots. It should be taken into account that once it has entered the plant, Vidat reaches its maximum concentration in young leaves and shoots. Even a one-time treatment can significantly reduce the number of nematodes and insect pests in various stages of development. Once in the digestive system of insects or nematodes, oxamyl has a paralyzing effect. The death of pests is coming in the next few hours.

The drug is available in the form of granules or a solution. It is used for introduction into the soil or as a means for spraying. Due to the wide spectrum of action, the drug is very effective. Allows to preserve the roots of plants during the period of vegetative growth. The manufacturer admits that Vidat can have a resistant effect (causing habituation and resistance to the effect) on some types of pests.
