Systemic post-emergence herbicide with soil action for the destruction of annual dicots and cereals, as well as some perennial problem weeds (ragweed, ragweed, thistles) in crops of
sunflower hybrids, resistant to herbicides of the imidazolinone group.
Post-emergence herbicide with systemic and soil action ● Perfectly controls annual dicotyledonous and grass weeds, as well as the smut in sunflower crops (hybrids resistant to substances from the imidazolinone group); ● The drug has a long period of action and controls new weed growth; ● High herbicidal efficiency with one treatment for the entire vegetation period; ● The herbicide controls most races of wolfberry in sunflower crops; ● Convenient and easy to use, effective in minimal and zero tillage systems; ● It shows activity through the leaves and for a long time through the soil.
Recommendations for use ● It is used on sunflower hybrids resistant to herbicides of the imidazolinone group, in the phase of 2-8 true leaves. ● The best times of application are the initial phases of active weed growth. ● Apply only by ground method. ● The working solution should be evenly applied to the entire sowing area (without blocking the passages and spreading it to other areas) with an adjusted sprayer. ● Consumption of working solution – 200-300 l/ha. In the presence of a large amount of plant residues (minimal and zero technology) and in thickened crops, the rate of the working solution must be increased (from 250 l/ha and more). ● The optimal temperature for the use of the herbicide is from +14 to +25 ● Precipitation 2 hours after applying the drug does not reduce its effectiveness. WARNING! ● Do not use Impex Duo with other herbicides or organophosphorus insecticides ● Do not apply if the plants are under stress.
Active substances get inside the weeds through the leaves and roots. Imazamox and imazapyr act as inhibitors of the enzyme acetolactate synthase (ALS) in plant tissues, moving through the plant. Inhibition of ALS formation by imidazolinones blocks protein synthesis or formation of essential amino acids. As a result, weeds stop competing for moisture, light and nutrients and die.
The first following crop in crop rotation: winter wheat*, rye*, spring wheat, sunflower, soybean, peas, beans, rape resistant to imidazolinones. *If the pH of the soil is higher than 6.2 and the amount of precipitation is more than 200 mm. The second crop in crop rotation: winter wheat, spring wheat, winter barley, spring barley, rye, oats, rice,
corn, rapeseed, buckwheat, millet, soybeans, peas, potatoes, vegetables, sugar beets, other crops. Preparations from the group of imidazolinones cannot be used in the same field more than once every 3 years
