The set for planting potatoes Z-105 is a rotary mechanism, which on one side has a mount for installing a coulter, and on the other the opposite one is a mount for installing disk hillers. This device is suitable for connection tomotoblocks with an air-cooled engine.

Design features

The attachment to the walk-behind tractor is carried out using a trailer assembly with a sleeve (height 60 mm, internal Ø18.5 mm). The hitch is welded. There are spacer bolts for more reliable fixation.

The frame of the landing kit is made of a profile pipe 50 × 50 × 2 × 260. There is a locking handle for the rotary mechanism, with a spring. The rotation occurs by 180 degrees perpendicular to the planemovement of the walk-behind tractor.

Sleeves are provided for fastening the hillocks with the use of bolt fastening. These bushings make it possible to adjust the position of the height and working angle of the hillers. The mounts of the hillocks are welded to the frame, so there is no possibility of adjusting the width between them.

Discknobs are made of sheet steel 2 mm thick and have a diameter of 280 mm. Smooth and uniform operation is provided by two installed 202 bearings.

The ploughshare has a post made from a steel strip 10 × 50 × 400 mm, which has 6 holes with a diameter of 12.5 mm. These mounting holes provide the ability to adjust the height of the coulter position, which in turn is made of sheet steel 2 × 213 × 345 mm.

Principle of operation

The full landing cycle takes place in two steps. In the first case, you cut the bed with a coulter, after which you need to manually place the potatoes in the bed. After that, move the rotary mechanism to the position in which the hillers are in the working position - at the bottom. Making a pass in the opposite direction, you sprinkle the potato bed with earth.
