General instructions and designations

The RVP-100 unloader is a conveyor and is used to unloadgrain cargo from hopper wagons forgrain and is intended for continuous horizontal and vertical transportation when working indoors or outdoors with the lower limit value of air temperature up to -20°C.
The loader is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification and differs:
- reliability and efficiency, ease of maintenance, productivity;
- low energy load of the equipment, lightweight design, compactness of the drive station.
The unloader must be connected to a three-phase alternating current network with a frequency of 50Hz, a voltage of 380V with a blindly grounded neutral through a protective disconnection device.

The practical performance of the unloader when transporting a specific material is established experimentally, based on the physical and mechanical properties of the given material and the gap between the belt and the unloading hatch of the wagon.
