APO - Pre-cleaning unit intended for pre-cleaning and separation of large fractions from the general heap of grains,legumes, vegetable and melon crops, as well as all kinds of loose mixtures.

APO is a hopper with a rotating calibration grid installed in it. The grid is fixed on a removable frame and is set in motion with the help of a gear motor. Control of the speed of rotation is carried out by a frequency converter.

APO makes ISM separators universal equipment forgrain cleaning.
The operation of the unit is reduced to the size separation of the grain from the pile by shaking it through a wire mesh, the cells of which are of a certain size. First, the grain enters the lower part of the grid, after which it continues to move upwards until it falls down. Large garbage that has not passed through the mesh cells falls into the receiving funnels for the east in the waste hopper or in the cyclonic sedimentation chamber. Next, the grain enters the receiving hopper of the ISM separator, or the second receiving device for further transportation or processing. APO can work independently or together with the ISM separator.

The use of the pre-cleaning unit will allow you to achieve ideal results in cleaning grain with any weed in just one pass.
