Akebia - chocolate creeper, Kherson region.

Akebia - chocolate creeper - a fast-growing creeper, quickly braids the support. Its bright green leaves resemble a children's playpen in shape, so it very effectively masks unsightly walls and fences.
On one stem there are aromatic, coffee-scented flowers of two types:
- male - up to 9 violet-pink flowers with pink stamens, having a juicy color;
- female - 2-3 brown-violet large flowers with a chocolate-colored pistil.(//tractor-service.com)
Similar in shape tocucumber, 6-8-centimeter fleshy purple fruits of akebia have a pleasant aroma and taste similar toraspberry. They are filled with black seeds. The fruit ripens in mid-autumn, then one of its walls opens, as it were.
