Currently, there are available KAMAZ high pressure fuel pumps produced at YAZTA and high pressure fuel pumps produced at the "bosch" KAMAZ plant, but the quality and price are not commensurate, so the question of the feasibility of installing expensive products remains open.
FuelTNVD pumps KAMAZ is a significant and technically complex device, which is designed to transfer precisely dosed portions of the fuel mixture to the cylinders of the power unit. Moreover, its submission there is carried out exclusively at certain moments of time. The completeness of the "dosing" unit includes a mechanical all-mode regulator (mechanical) and a pair of correctors (for boost and reverse). Serial production of parts of this type has been established in the Russian Federation since 2002.
