Mechanism of action:

An insecticide based on imidacloprid, due to its contact-intestinal properties, causes damage to the nervous system of adult insects and their larvae, irritation of their receptors, convulsions and rapid death. The drug penetrates into all parts of the plant through the leaves, stems, roots and is transported along them acropetally. Imidacloprid acts as an antagonist of postsynaptic nicotinic receptors, with subsequent destruction of the central nervous system of insects, as a result of which the pests die.
