Motor - System Herbicide and soil action for the destruction of annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds in crops of peas, soybeans and
sunflower, resistant to imidazolinone.
Active substance: Imazamox, 40 g/l
Culturt: Sunflower (under Eurolighting), soybean, pea
Weeds: Annual dicots and grasses.
Type of use: Ground
Drug form: Soluble concentrate
Manufacturer: "Peters and Burg KFT"
Container: 5 l, the price is per canister.
The mechanism of action of the herbicide Engine:
Imazamox has a pronounced systemic effect, is selective, is adsorbed by leaves and roots, and can move through the plant. The active substance enters the meristematic tissues through the xylem and phloem, where it inhibits the synthesis of the enzyme acetolactate synthase (ALS), which is involved in the synthesis of three essential amino acids (valine, leucine, isoleucine), necessary for the production of protein and DNA and cell growth. Violation of protein synthesis leads to the stoppage of growth and death of weeds.
Instructions for use and rate of consumption of herbicide Motor:
Culture
Spectrum of action
Consumption rate, l/ha
Processing method
Sunflower (under Eurolighting)
Annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds
1.0-1.2
Spraying in phase 2 - 8 of crop leaves and at the initial stages of weed development
Peas
Annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds
0.75-1.0
Spraying of crops in the phase of 2-5 real leaves of the culture (cereal weeds in the phase of 1-3 leaves, dicots - cotyledons - 4 leaves)
Soya
Annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds
0.75-1.0
Spraying in phase 1-3 of trifoliate leaves of the crop (cereal weeds in phase 1-3 leaves, dicots - cotyledons - 4 leaves)
The rate of introduction of the working fluid:
200 - 250 l/ha.
With increased plant density and/or a large amount of plant residues, the rate of consumption of the working fluid should be increased.
The drug is applied only by ground spraying, when processing, it is necessary to avoid overlapping the application bands. Spraying should be carried out in the morning (before 10 am) and evening (after 6 pm) hours with minimal upward air currents.
- Wind speed during spraying up to 3-4 m/s.
- The air temperature at the time of application is from +15 to +22°C.
Temperatures below +10°С and above +25°С slow down the metabolic processes in weed plants, which can negatively affect the effectiveness of the herbicide.< /span>
Important:
(//tractor-service.com)
Do not grow sunflowers according to the clean field technology, provided that ALS inhibitors with soil activity (sulfonylureas, imidazolinones, triazolpyrimidines, etc.) are used in the previous crop.
In some cases, under the influence of environmental stress factors (low temperatures, drought, overmoistening), after the use of the herbicide Prince, plant growth retardation and/or color change is observed - it recovers after 1-2 weeks.
Continuous action herbicides (glyphosate) should be applied at least 2 weeks before sunflower sowing.
Nikit® 240 hp — a highly selective systemic herbicide, effective against annual and perennial grasses and some annual dicotyledonous weeds in
corn crops. The new, more perfect formulation, developed by Keminova A/S, gives an excellent practical result.
Active substance: nicosulfuron 240 g/l
Preparative form: suspension concentrate
Usage rate: 0.16 - 0.2 l/ha
Container: 1 l.
Characteristics of the drug:
herbicide is absorbed mainly by weed leaves and then quickly moves to the tips of the root system (basipetal);
the herbicide stops the cell division of sensitive weeds, which stop growing almost immediately and do not compete with crops for moisture and nutrient consumption;
visible symptoms of weed suppression, such as growth cessation, chlorosis, dying of young shoots, appear 2-3 days after treatment;
complete destruction of weeds is observed within 10–20 days;
Nikit® 240 hp highly selective herbicide for corn, therefore does not cause phytotoxicity.
Application features:
the maximum efficiency is achieved when weeding in the phase of 2–4 leaves in annual broad-leaved and grass weeds and when the height of perennial grass weeds is up to 15 cm, perennial rhizome weeds with a rosette diameter of 5–8 cm and a birch sprout length of no more than 10–15 cm;
the herbicide can be used in a wide range of corn development phases — from 3 to 10 leaves;
in conditions of unstable moisture, with uneven germination, corn plants that have 1-2 leaves at the time of processing are not suppressed;
has no restriction on use in crop rotation;
the drug must be used together with the surfactant Expeditor®;
it is impossible to allow the overgrowth of cereal weeds. Nikit® 240 hp is required. use without waiting for the emergence of dicotyledonous weeds;
apply the maximum rate of consumption of the working solution with a large number of weeds, as well as with adverse weather conditions (200–300 l/ha);
spraying is carried out in the morning or evening in windless weather;
the maximum rate of the drug (200 ml/ha) should be used for the destruction of perennial grass weeds, as well as in cool weather (+12+15°C) and intense rains;
compatible with most herbicides.
Worldwide usage experience:
Tank mixtures with effective herbicides for these objects are used to enhance the effect on birch, horsetail, and bristly thistle.
For the destruction of overgrown cereal weeds (chicken millet, mouse) it is necessary to use the rate of 220 ml/ha. Compatible with Expeditor® surfactant (0.15% solution) and 5 kg/ha of urea.
Used on most sweet corn hybrids.
