NPP Service Pak. The cone-type nutcracker machine, "MKO-03", is intended for the destruction of the shellwalnuts with obtaining the optimal amount of whole kernels. The productivity of the machine is 120-140 kg/hour. "MKO-03" has many technological settings for working withnuts different sizes, the machine destroys the shell of a nut in at least eight points, which allows to significantly increase the quality of splitting and obtaining a whole kernel. "MKO-3" consumes 0.55 kW and can work from a 220 V or 380 V network, is equipped with reliable electronics and an Italian gear motor. MKO-03 is used both as a separate unit and in industrial walnut processing lines. We also produce equipment for separating nuts from the green pericarp with subsequent washing of nuts, calibrators, ejectors with aspiration for separating the shell and dividing the kernel into fractions, punching and punching machines for working with the "dolbun",inspection tables, sorting and partitioning conveyors, drying cabinets and ovens, disintegrators for grinding the shells on grain, packaging equipment.
