TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Seeding complex for sowing grain crops using direct seeding technology. Modules with a width of capture from 5.4 meters to 17 meters are produced. The width of the interrow is 70 / 35 cm. The complex is equipped with a number of plastic bunkers for fertilizer, the volume of the bunker is 500 liters per linear meter of the sowing module, the grain bunker is located under the platform. The rate of seeding and fertilizer application is controlled by a 32-speed gearbox, both gearboxes are of a closed type, the entire mechanism is in an oil bath. The chassis of the seeding complex is made according to the type of rigid spatial frame, installed through parallelograms on support wheels. The seeding section, the main working body, is made in the following configuration: a slotted turbine disc - a coulter with a diameter of 17 inches (43.18 cm), floating, installed as an independent body directly on the frame of the seeding complex, provides stratification of the harvest residues, equipped with a safety clutch. The seeding module consists of two disks of different diameters 15" and 16" (38.1 and 40.64), the working cuts of the disks at the point of convergence make them a uniform blade. Control of the depth of seed placement is carried out by two independent lateralwheels with a standard size of 21/2"x15", the depth of seed placement can vary from 1 cm to 10 cm. The coulter is equipped with a cast interdisc keel, to separate the placement of the fertilizer from the horizon of the sowing material, and to ensure contact of the seed material with the soil, a damper tongue is installed seeds (beaver's tail) cover the sowing bed provided by V-shaped rolling rollers with the possibility of changing the pressure on the soil and the angle of attack. The sowing section is installed on parallelograms for copying the relief of the field. The frame of the sowing complex is installed onlow wheels pressure with typetire size 400/60x15.5" 14 layers. The lifting and lowering of the working drawbar is done by hydraulics, the complex is also equipped with hydraulic markers. The complex is equipped with sowing control signals for each coulter, a grain sensor and a monitor.
DOSING OF SEEDS
Dosing of seeds is carried out with the help of a pneumatic seeding device of the vertical type of the MATERMACC system (Italy). The pneumatic fan is set in motion from the power take-off shaft of the tractor or HydroMotor
