The wax pot consists of a body, an insert block and a cover. A stand is supplied with the wax pot. The body has a filler neck for filling and topping up the wax pot with water and a drain fitting for the exit of liquid wax with an excess of water.

The insert block consists of a basket and a pallet attached to it. There is a drain tube in the tray, which, when assembling the wax pot, is not hermetically connected to the fitting in the body. Cells to be processed are loaded into the basket. The body of the basket has holes. The side holes are used to supply steam to the cell frames. Through the holes in the bottom, the melted wax flows into the tray. The tray is removable for the possibility of its cleaning (screwed to the basket with 4 stainless steel self-tapping screws). The insert block is equipped with handles for removing it from the case.

 Before starting work, the wax furnace must be cleaned and rinsed with hot water. Next:

- install the wax burner on a stand over a small fire or over a gas stove and place the drain fittingемкость for collecting wax;
- remove the cover;
- pour water into the wax furnace through the filler neck before it begins to flow from the drain pipe (water can be poured faster by removing the plug-in block from the housing and after pouring water, insert it back, while making sure that the tube in the tray is combined with theplum fitting wax in the housing; it is desirable to use soft water with a low salt content, for example - raining)
- insert cell frames into the basket;
- cover with a lid and start heating.

Attention! When melting the wax, do not allow the water to completely boil off, otherwise the bottom of the wax pot may deform and the wax pot will become unusable.
