High-quality salting of seeds andnuts is the key to long-term storage with the best taste qualities, which your customers will highly appreciate.(//tractor-service.com)
Salted seeds and nuts, in a vacuum environment, have an original rich taste and are less prone to oxidation processes. The advantage of using the vacuum salting principle is the low level of the spent brine residue, since in a deep vacuum environment the product absorbs the maximum possible amount of brine.
The principle of salting is the penetration of brine into the product, through its natural protective membranes.
