This is a universal agricultural machine, designed for field work, namely collecting and baling hay (straw, various crops and non-crops). When using a baler, the quality of hay is improved, work time is accelerated, and therefore labor productivity increases, and financial costs are reduced.
The operation of the unit is carried out due to the piston, which performs reciprocating movements with cutters on rollers in the pressing chamber. Dry material is fed into the chamber from the lower pick-up. The piston presses it into the bucket and cuts it off. After reaching the set length of the pile, the binding mechanism is turned on. Bale weight depends on pressing and feed material from 7 to 50 kg.
