Hydraulic harrow BG-14 is designed for loosening top layer of soil, leveling of the field surface, destruction of the soil crust, crushing of clods, destruction and combing of young weeds on cropsgrains and industrial crops, wrapping seeds and fertilizers. The harrow ensures the quality of work at humidity from 13% to 27%. The presence of harvest residues (scattered shreddedcereal straw and high-stemmed crops) is allowed on the field.
The harrow is hydraulic, aggregated with tractors with a power of at least 80k Harrows can be used throughout the field season - from early spring to late autumn.

The harrow consists of the following main components:
- four support wheels;
- central bars;
- two swivel rods;
- hinged sections of harrows, fixed with the help of chains to the rod brackets;
- two cable tensioners, serving as limiters of rotary rods in the working position of the unit;
- a hydraulic system, which consists of a hydraulic cylinder and high-pressure hoses, designed for lowering and raising the harrow into the working and transport positions, respectively.
