Disk harrow AG DAN-1, 8 DAN-2, 1 DAN-2, 5 DAN-3, 1 DAN-3, 5, Kyiv region.

Executing the main resource-saving tillage to a depth of 4 to 18 cm. They ensure uniform distribution of organic fertilizers and crop residues throughout the entire depth of the tilled soil layer, creating an optimal structure for plant growth, increasing the absorption of moisture by the soil and reducing erosion, crushing clods and rolling the top layer of the soil to preserve moisture and leveling the topography of the field.

Aggregates are used for minimal, conservative and traditional tillage.

The units of this design combined the functions of a plow, disc harrow,husker and a cultivator.

Disks are installed at experimentally determined angles of attack and setting the axis of rotation to the horizontal, which ensures undercutting of the lower layer of the soil layer and reduces the energy consumption of soil cultivation, wear and teardisks, ensures their self-sharpening.

Disks perform rotational movement. This reduces their friction on the soil, which provides fuel savings and minimal wear of discs compared to traditional soil cultivation technologies.

The discs have cutouts and are made with an internal sharpening along the entire outer perimeter, which makes the aggregates work efficiently in the cultivation of heavy and hard soils (including clayey chernozems), shredding of harvest residues, and also reduces the traction force of the tractor.

The bearing assembly uses high-quality bearings from the Lutsk Bearing Plant, which is part of the SKF corporation, as well as a modern cassette seal, which provides a yield of 9,600 hectares on the DAN unit without disassembling the bearing assembly!!!

The reduced pitch of the disks and their optimal location parameters ensure high-quality tillage of the soil with an even bed, less wear of the disks than in analogues and a high service life of the aggregates.(//tractor-service.com)

Two holes are provided for aggregating with a tractor by connecting the central drawbar, which ensures aggregating with tractors of various models without modifying the aggregate.

The units are attached to the tractor on a standard three-point hitch system. The depth of cultivation is established by adjusting the position of the roller and the tractor attachment system.

Soil cultivation with these units has the following agronomic advantages:

- the transformation of crop residues into nutrients for plants is accelerated thanks to their grinding and mixing in the upper layer of the soil;

- leveling the topography of the soil allows you to improve the quality of sowing and the speed of harvesting crops, as well as to minimize equipment breakdowns and preserve the health of machine operators;

- moisture is preserved in the soil due to the presence of crop residues, broken capillaries and rolling of the upper soil layer;

- soil microorganisms are always in natural conditions and actively improve the biochemical state of the soil, increase the amount of humus - the key to high soil fertility.
