The disks are installed at the experimentally determined angles of attack and setting the axis of rotation to the horizontal, which ensures undercutting of the lower layer of the soil layer and this reduces the energy consumption of soil cultivation and weardisks, ensures their self-sharpening and uniformity of the depth of cultivation.

The discs are fixed on C-shaped springs and make low-frequency oscillations in three planes, as a result of which they are independently cleaned of plant residues and soil. These springsprotect disks and bearing supports under shock loads.

The discs perform rotational movement and this reduces their friction on the soil, which ensures fuel savings and minimal wear of the discs, compared to traditional soil cultivation technologies.

The discs have cutouts and are made with sharpening along the entire outer perimeter, which makes the aggregates work efficiently in the cultivation of heavy and hard soils, including clayey chernozems, shredding of harvest residues, and reduces the traction force of the tractor.

A significant angle of attack and setting the axis of rotation to the horizontal contributes to the ascent of the soil and plant remains and their excellent mixing.
