Distinctive features of the tooth trail harrow (heavy) BZSh include the following constructive and technological solutions, which allow to significantly increase reliability and working life, as well as improve maintainability.
The tooth is made of a square of 65G steel with appropriate heat treatment. The use of a square milled on two sides into a sharp wedge ensures the work of the cutting face of the square and the wedge working surface with a self-sharpening effect. A sharp wedge easily penetrates the soil.
When using the teeth of a thick-walled pipe with a square section as a supporting beam, it became possible to make an orienting square hole with a section of 16x16 in one wall of the pipe, which in turn allows avoiding the dangerous transitional section of the tooth in the area of the square thread.
The links that collect the load-bearing bars in a train are made of durable sheet steel of the 30G2R brand, used for the manufacture of harrow discs and pawls. Also, the frame structure of the link gives the train stability when working without drifting from track to track. Fastening the link to the tooth beam with the help of volume axes significantly increases the maintainability of the unit.
Stops stamped from sheet steel installed on the tooth beam provide the necessary angle of installation of the teeth (23° or 45° from the vertical).
The scheme of arrangement of teeth with an interaxial distance of adjacent teeth in the plan of 25 mm and a diagonal of the square of 22 mm ensures almost complete overlap of the working area over the entire width of the gripper in the construction of a loop consisting of ten load-bearing bars with teeth.
The supporting frame allows you to install additional tanks and systems for applying the necessary chemicals and fertilizers.
