We process mold-free bread that has not been sold on store shelves. Crushed bread to a fraction (crumbs) of 3-5 mm undergoes heat treatment and is packed in 25 kg bags. Dried breadcrumbs can be stored for a long time and do not spoil. It is ideally suited for fodder forpigs, as it is rich in proteins, contains a large amount of carbohydrates, which are recognized as sources of energy, vitamins of group B and some amino acids.
