The new modern two-row potato planter is designed for comfortable mechanized planting of potatoes with the help of a tractor. It is hung on a three-point attachment mechanism behind the tractor. Developed taking into account the suggestions and wishes of Ukrainian farmers who professionally grow potatoes.
Planting is carried out in previously prepared soil. Bunker for tubers - welded metal. The furrow is formed by a wedge coulter with an adjustable recess. The drive from the supporting wheels with soil grips to the elevator is carried out by a chain transmission. With the additional installation of the fat-seeding device, at the same time as the tubers are planted, the metered introduction of granular mineral fertilizers into the soil is carried out through the tube of the wedge coulter.
The design of the wrappers has also been changed. Now, instead of them, the potato planter is equipped withrollers, which allows you to use this device for rolling potatoes in the future and saves your money.
