Mechanism of action of Herbicide Premium Gold:
S-metolachlor is an inhibitor of cell division, more effectively controls cereal weeds, acts on weeds at the time of germination. Penetrating into the tissues of the spikelets of cereal weeds and cotyledons of dicotyledons, S-metolachlor inhibits the development and division of cells, disrupting lipid metabolism, which causes plant growth to stop and die.

Terbuthylazine is absorbed by the roots and leaves of weeds, moves acropetally along the xylem, accumulates in the apical meristems, inhibits the transport of electrons in photosystem II receptors in the process of photosynthesis, which leads to the death of weeds.

S-metallochlor acts primarily on annual grass and some annual dicot weeds, terbuthylazine acts mainly on annual dicot and some annual grass weeds.

signs of herbicide action - chlorosis and yellowing of weed leaves, necrosis of treated plants;
depending on the situation and the culture on which the herbicide is applied, spraying is carried out before or after the emergence of seedlings of cultivated plants using groundsprayers;
in the pre-emergence period, the drug is applied to the vast majority of crops. The consumption rate of the working solution is 300-400 l/ha. The most optimal is pre-sowing application of herbicide followed by its wrapping to a depth of 2-5 cm;
after the appearance of seedlings of cultivated plants, the drug can be applied only to corn in the phase of 3-5 leaves of the culture. The consumption rate of the working solution is 200-300 l/ha. An important point in the post-emergence application of the drug is the weed development phase. At the time of application of the drug, annual grass weeds must be in the phase of 1-3 leaves, annual dicots - from the cotyledon phase to 2 true leaves;
the main condition for the high effectiveness of the drug is the presence of soil moisture, a fine-grained structure of the soil and the uniform distribution of the working solution in the soil layer with a depth of 0-5 cm. All these conditions depend to a certain extent not only on the peculiarities of the weather and climatic conditions of a particular year, but also on the implementation of relevant agrotechnical measures;
to prepare the working solution, fill the tank of the sprayer with water to 1/3 of the volume, turn on the mixing mode and add the required amount of the drug. Then fill the sprayer tank with water to full volume with the mixing mode turned on. When introducing the drug, the mixing mode must be turned on to maintain the working solution in a homogeneous state;
wind speed during spraying up to 5 m/s. Optimum temperatures for application are from +12°С to +22°С. Applying the drug under conditions of low average daily air temperatures (below +12°С) can lead to crop toxicity, which occurs due to a decrease in the level of content and activity of enzymes, thanks to which, under normal weather conditions, the removal of the active substance from the plant is achieved. Excessive wetting of the soil of treated crops is also a risk factor for the manifestation of plant toxicity.

the presence of a large amount of plant remains on the surface of the field;
use of the drug during unfavorable conditions for the germination of weed seeds - soil moisture deficiency;
use of the drug in an inappropriate phase of weed development;
use of an unreasonably low rate of consumption of the drug.
