Compost from manure

The Gk 3000 compost turner is intended for processing dried organic matter (for example, manure) into valuable compost by periodically turning over bulk material. With the help of a stirrer, the rolls are saturated with oxygen and freed from the accumulated CO2; Also, the stirrer breaks solid particles to the optimal size to increase the contact area; regulates the temperature in the roll for the optimal speed of aerobic reactions; provides the necessary humidity in the roll with the help of an integrated humidification system. These characteristics provide the necessary chemical reactions for the production of high-quality compost.

Compost turner Gk 3000 is operated withtractor help. In the transport position, the stirrer is installed vertically with the help of a hydraulic piston. This allows to increase the maneuverability and transportation of the tiller. The Gk 3000 compost stirrer moves over the roll with an adjustable speed (0-300 m/h) set by the operator. The drum mixes and pushes the material from the outer sides of the roll into the middle, forming a very neat and clear triangular-shaped roll behind it.

The compost turner Gk 3000 is equipped with a capacity of 800 liters and an integrated spraying system. This makes it possible to spray the material with water or other liquids during turning, either for moistening or to provide the necessary nutrients. The pump sprays the liquid taken from the attached container through the nozzles located at the top of the tunnel.
