Universal unit that is used as in early pre-sowing soil preparation - in the spring, as well as in late autumn after harvesting.
The working sections of this unit are chain shafts located on the wings of the unit. The rotation of the shafts occurs with the help of bearing units along the edges. The working organs are hedgehogs, which have a diameter of about 40 cm and a high resource potential.
Based on the experience and practice of using this unit, the main advantages and tasks are:
I. It is used for spring tillage for:
a) closing moisture;
b) preparation of the surface for sowing (loosens the surface, loosens the top layer of the soil);
c) prevents the creation of a crust and prevents further cracking of the surface;
d) thanks to the spikes, the upper fertile layer of the soil is clogged to a depth of 5-7 cm, which in the future serves as effective growth for young plants;
e) the hedgehogs of the rotary tooth harrow effectively comb out all the weeds on the field, and its special design allows it not to be clogged with plant residues;
f) the unit allows you to perfectly level the surface of the field and prepare it for sowing.
II. When the soil is tilled in autumn:
a) the toothing machine is used after
deep loosener or a disk harrow, which will allow you to break a large lump into small fractions and eliminate the main irregularities;
b) the rotator can be used after harvesting rapeseed,
sunflower or corn for the purpose of grinding and uniform distribution of crop residues.
