The purpose of the TC series digital thermometer is to measure temperature indicators ingrain and various bulk products of ego processing, as a rule, having a predisposition to spontaneous heating during storage.
The use of digital thermobars is recommended for many organizations on topics or otherwise related to the storage of grain products, their processing, or directly to quality control. For example, it is effective to use such measuring equipment as a shopping center at grain processing and bread-making enterprises, compound feed plants,warehouses.
Procedure for temperature measurement:
1. Insert the digital thermometer with the thermosensor side into the product mass to the depth at which the control measurement is planned.
2. Hold the device for about 3 minutes in a static position to obtain the area of the device equipped with the sensor at the same temperature as the surrounding product.
3. Press the "Measurement" button in the lower part of the plastic handle of the thermobar. Hold it in the pressed position until the indication is shown in the form of glowing numbers on the display at the end of the handle.
4. Release the "Measurement" button before starting the next measurement, or after completing work with the device.
If the production temperature is below the minimum extreme of the range of device values, the display will show the symbolic expression "---" (three horizontal dashes standing next to each other).
Blinking indicates that the voltage level of the batteries has dropped to the point where they need to be replaced.
