When making pellets from sunflower husks, the usual algorithm for fuel pellets is used.

For this material, matrices with a high degree of compression are necessary.
Pellets made from seed husks have a higher ash content than those made from wood. This shortcoming worries users of pellet boilers on the forums most of all.
