The universal cultivator-hoe (weeder) is intended for targeted soil treatment when growing potatoes, strawberries, sunflowers, corn, tomatoes and other crops. It is used to form a ridge along the axis of the row and destroy weeds at the bottom of the furrow, which contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for plant growth. It is used in a hitch with tractors with a power of 18 hp or more, it is hung on the rear three-point hitch of category 1-2 and does not require connection to the PTO.

The Wirax weeder has three working sections that allow you to process two full rows in the center and half a row on both sides of the unit in one pass. Thanks to the fastening elements that connect the frame and the section, the width of the rows can be easily adjusted. The sections are equipped with supportwheels with mud-removal fastening and damping springs, which allows to reduce the load and achieve uniform deepening of the working tool.
