Mini-tractor LOVOL TE-244 (Photon TE-244) with gear reducer, Kiev region.

Polponprivodnytractor Foton/Lovol TE-244 with gear reducer is developed and intended primarily for work with equipment that requires using reduced speeds. The three-cylinder KM385BT diesel engine installed on the tractor is completely ready for work even at low revolutions, is characterized by high fuel economy and provides maximum traction, and in a constructive combination with a proven high-efficiency transmission, it determines the reliability, quality and consistently high productivity of the equipment.

The gearbox with a speed reducer has 16 forward and 4 reverse speeds, which significantly expands the functionality and positions the tractor as mobile, versatile and easy to operate. The presence of a two-disc clutch ensures the operation of the PTO when the machine is stopped. Power steering - with a reliably protected double-acting hydraulic cylinder. The operational characteristics of the tractor are enhanced by the possibility of adjusting the track of the front and rearwheels.

The front axle is swinging, of the portal type, which helps to increase ground clearance. The hinged connection of the front axle ensures a smooth ride on an uneven surface, regardless of the position of the frame and rear wheels. Air filter of the inertia-oil type. The hood is easily raised with the help of a shock absorber. There is a hatch on the hood for access to the fuel tank filler neck. The protective metal mesh in front of the radiator consists of two parts.

The complete set, which affects the stability, maneuverability and high cross-country ability of the tractor, consists of:

• rear axle differential lock;

• two-speed PTO;

• powerful hitch with a hydraulic lift;

• front loads;(//tractor-service.com)

• two hydraulic pumps;

• hydraulic outlet;

• separate brake pedals with parking function;

• front and rear pendulum-type towing device with height adjustment;

• electric torch heater (as a glow plug).

For the convenience and safety of the operator's work, there are handrails, a wide footrest, and a soft spring-loaded seat (adjustable by weight and height) with a hydraulic shock absorber that reduces the level and strength of the tractor's vibration. Hand throttle and control levers are ergonomically located (the speed reducer lever is located to the left of the steering wheel). The brake and clutch pedals have stops that prevent the operator's feet from slipping during operation.

The instrument panel allows you to fully control the parameters of safe operation, including in unforeseen situations (an emergency alarm system is installed, protection against accidental start-up, two sound signal buttons). All keys and indicators of the combined instrument panel are equipped with illumination.

The main headlights are equipped with high and low beams, dimensions and turns. The spacer bar between the wings, the rear working light, the spherical rear-view mirrors, the lights create good additional conditions for safe and comfortabletractor management, and are also recognized as practical modern design details.
