Honey from pine cones:
Pour clean, washed cones into a saucepan or basin and pour cold water so that it covers them by 1.5-2 cm (measure the amount of water beforehand). Put it on the fire, let it boil and remove it from the stove. Add granulated sugar at the rate of 1 kg of sugar per 1 liter of water. Stir the mixture to help the sugar dissolve. Put it on a small fire again and cook for 1.5-2 hours. Do not forget to stir and remove the foam.
