QUALITYGRAINS:

Grains large, oval, gray-green color. Weight of 1000 grains 32 - 36 g. Number of fall 225 - 335 s.

The baking properties are good: the volume of bread is 410 ml, the overall baking rating is 4.0 points. The crude protein content is 11.4%.

AGROTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The seed sowing rate is from 3.5 to 4.2 million similar grains per hectare, depending on the predecessor.
