Saylor has excellent quality indicators, and German varieties have provided him with unsurpassed yield properties. Over the years of testing the variety throughout the territory of Ukraine, thinning of crops was never observed. The variety visually differs from most varieties in autumn development.

The variety is of a highly intensive type, develops well from autumn, so the sowing dates are recommended to be mid-late, and the sowing rate should be adjusted downwards to 3.5 million similar seeds per hectare, because usually 4 productive stems are formed.

In order to obtain a harvest at the level of 8-10 t/ha, it is necessary to provide the starting rate of N40P40K40 fertilizer from autumn. At the beginning of vegetation recovery, the variety responds well to early nitrogen fertilization. The recommended contribution rate during this period is N80 (40+40 or 40+20+20). The variety fully assimilates nutrients and quickly starts to develop.
